Life Church connects people to a real God through engaging worship, prayer and relevant teaching. Genuine relationships
are established through purposed and diversified ministries. Lives are transformed by focused attention to individual needs through evangelism, missions and Life Groups (small group ministry).
We are a Kingdom-minded church.  Our goal is to help each person who attends Life Church find their “personal promised land” and be a part of changing the culture.

LIFE CHURCH – VISION, GOALS AND VALUES

Go into all the world, preach the good news of Jesus Christ, baptize those who believe and train them to be His followers.

To exalt, minister and proclaim the name of Jesus by being a house of prayer, seasoned with sincere worship which causes us to reach out to, care for and train those the Lord brings us in contact with.

1:    Be governed by the Lord Himself in the council of the elders.
2:    Grow strong in the Lord and in the power of His might through prayer, Bible study, and praise.
3:    We view the Nevada, Vernon County area as our spiritual responsibility.
4:    Establish home prayer and praise meetings for the edifying of the local church and provide a meeting place to assist the corporate gathering of the body of believers to fulfill the scriptural principal of not forsaking the assembling of yourselves together.
5:    Help support individuals involved in a world missions outreach.

GOALS
1:    Prayer
For each member of Life Church to have a personal devotion time with the Lord
To conduct regularly scheduled early morning corporate prayer meetings.
Special meetings when we come together for a specific focused time of prayer,
Sometimes accompanied with fasting.

2:    Worship
For each member to express their praise, thankfulness and worship to our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
To have a team of worshippers made up of members of our body who will lead us in corporate worship
To develop in each member of our body the heart attitude that offers to the Lord every area of their lives as a worship to Him.

3:    Outreach
Our goal is to develop in each member a desire to reach out to our community, neighbors, friends, and family members with the love of Jesus.

4:    Care Ministry
To develop in the members a heart of compassion, like that of Jesus, touching those who God sends to us as visitors by visiting them, writing and calling after their visit.
To develop small life groups for the building up and encouragement of the body.

5:    Training
To encourage each member to study the Bible and provide other helps such as tapes, books and commentaries; to encourage the development of strong families by providing special ministries to men, women and children.
